Stormy Skies Ahead

Here are some photos I took of the sky and yard last weekend...Its supposed to rain like crazy tonight and tomorrow.
The lemon trees are so full I cant seen to use them fast enough!

Here is the front yard...we are going to have a garden party this year here...I cant wait!

Succulents and lantana in bloom...this is one side of our fence in the front...our yard is pretty wild because we have like .05% of it hardscaped if that. Which means I have the most awesome garden boots...i will take a picture of them sometime... Have a nice weekend!

Duet Weddings

I was over at Duet Weddings and found this amazingly beautiful wedding on their blog. The post is called Celebrations of Spring.

How I wish I could get married again...to justify that kind of budget on a party! I will have to buy a lottery ticket...maybe I will get lucky!

In The Bag

This lovely mother of pearl picture frame was what was in the bag. The beautiful scarf was knitted by my best girl! Harumi you rock!

Sometimes....

The gift bag is just as good as the gift...rarely...but sometimes...its like a fabulous little purse!

However I am a sucker for beautiful paper with hand finished details...so pretty...I just might hang it on the wall somewhere!

Flower Mess

Even the old dried bits of flowers and foliage are pretty...I am jonesin' for flowers...I was supposed to do a wedding in April but its been pushed back to August...

Yes its true its my birthday...Yeah Aquarius!...Here is an arrangement I made a couple of years ago since I have no flowers for today...yet!..By the way I am offering free shipping today at the shop...So go buy yourself a little something!

Things for Our Valentine Party

I love these heart tumblers...I would have bought tons but I had to control myself....
Lemons and lemonade...we will have plenty of it for the party......
Yellow napkins and turquoise napkins...now you know I wasn't going have a traditional valentines right?
How cute are these bermuda shorts???...I have a cute dress for Sophie but these shorts might happen instead...I found everything here at Target even the juicer. I love Target...I just cant help myself...they also have an amazing metal turquoise bread box...I'm going now...I promise...

Bornay

I know I talk a lot about Bornay...they are in Spain...there are so many florists out there that have beautiful sights and sites...Saipua for example...but there is just something about Bornay that speaks to me...I asked my husband if I could run away to Spain for the summer so I could work for Bornay... of course I would have to beg them to hire me I could process the flowers and that would be good enough for me...that way I could watch the magic happen!...Here is their sea carpet...lovely and colorful for a gloomy day here.
