so i made a pork roast because kim brought me kumquats from her tree on the fourth of july.
i seared it on all sides and sat it on red onions and whole kumquats. at the end of cooking like the last 30 minutes i poured my kumquat concoction on it and basted it with the pan juices. it made excellent sandwiches on homemade bread. i think i need to make this again. anyone want to come over?
