Out of Nowhere

I had a panic attack yesterday. I hadn't had one in two years. I really freaked out because my children were with me. This picture describes perfectly how I was feeling...blurry...dizzy...heart racing...pressure on the chest...tingling sensations everywhere...and in general an oh no feeling...Yesterday was AWESOME!
The photo comes from OneCrazyBetty on Esty. She has lots of interesting little sculptures. The one above is called On the Verge of Insanity...definitely!

  4. Hope you are doing better today. I had a couple of panick attacks, when my 3 kids were little, which were followed by occular migraines. Only happened a couple of times, docs. said it was stress, hormones and sleep deprivations. Thankfully as the kids got older it all went away.

Hope you don't get another one :) T.

  7. Hahaha. I think we're both VERY well aware that staying at home 24/7 isn't all that it's cracked up to be... Oh yeah, how's Sunday for a visit?

  9. It is such a relief to hear that other people have panic attacks too...no one in my family ever talked about them (if they had them)...so part of the panic in my attacks is the fear that other people will know.

And I'm right there with you on the staying home being stressful. Difficult to concentrate on getting anything done, when there are a million things to get done and a half dozen (give or take a half half dozen) little creatures around that would very much like your full attention!

  10. i think its so funny when people ooh and awww because i get to stay home...if they really knew... i do realize i am fortunate to be in that position but sometimes its so overwhelming and definitely with little creatures human and otherwise buzzing about...little attention hogs!
