this is delightfully low fat and not so many calories...its about 1 tsp drizzled honey a large pinch of sliced almonds 4 chopped strawberries a quarter of a small banana chopped...the yogurt was less than half of a serving so its about 70 calories and the fat is heart healthy and just from your almonds...eat it while drinking some strong black coffee and i guarantee satisfaction for at least 3 to 4 hours!
OMG that looks amazing!!!! Haha it'd be my breakfast AND dessert b/c after eating that, I would feel too guilty to eat anything else for the rest of the day. YUM!!!!
also its greek style non fat yogurt...so its nice and thick!
We made Dutch babies for breakfast the other morning and had the EXACT same discussion and decided triumphantly that anything that can swing as either breakfast or dessert was pretty much good-to-go. That looks DELISH.
