Apriums

I cut them in half...
I grilled them...
I added a little goat cheese with lemon zest, lemon thyme, honey, and almonds...
They were pretty good although my daughter was not of fan of the aprium...which is an apricot and plum...i could be wrong...its just a guess...my daughter just wanted to eat heaps of my goat cheese concoction...it might also be good on strawberries too and i just happen to have some...yummy for me...if anyone out there gives this a try...let me know what you think...i also added a few flakes of salt over the honey...

  3. These look so good. I can see the pretty grill marks hiding beneath the dollop. By the way, I clicked on your name from over at Everybody Likes Sandwiches...I thought your comment was a riot (chocolate puddle cookes – "yum…i am afraid to try…") :)
