Dinner

I love vegetable salads and we definitely eat a lot of them.

Tonight I made a salad with chick peas, corn, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and green and purple basil from the garden. Can you say yum!

1 can of drained garbanzo beans

1 chopped up red onion

I put these two ingredients in a bowl first to soak up about 1/4 cup of seasoned rice vinegar.

Then I added

1 quartered and chopped cucumber

1 pint of grape tomatoes cut in half

the raw kernels of one corn on the cob

lots of basil chopped

3 tablespoons of olive oil

toss everything together a little salt and pepper to taste and oila!

A little arrangements of flowering basil stalks

Chopped basil

daniel and I took pictures of each other eating dinner and drinking our wine.

Here is a ridiculous one for luuworld.

Here is the husbandito. He didnt like any of his photos.
