    Even when she was perky she, well, wasn't. How amazing is that. I love Billie Holiday. I wonder if she ever tried to sing other than how she sounded. I don't think so.

    This weekend I couldn't get "You Belong To Me" out of my head. There was a period maybe 10 years ago when I couldn't stop playing Anita Day and Jo Stafford and Chris Connor. I feel it is creeping back up on me!

    jim so true....yes i went through a period like that as well i had a friend who one point was thouroughly disgusted with my musical tastes when she asked me very rudely...DONT YOU HAVE ANY NEW MUSIC?....i love anita day!!!
