Last of the Pate Brisee

So I had left over dough from Saturday.

So I made sugar tarts with chocolate dots.

Here they are fresh out of the oven.

Cooling off so I could add the chocolate dots.

They look like little snail shells.

But they tasted so much better. However I wouldn't really know as I have never eaten snail.
